Core gameplay and local saves

CozyCourier is designed so its core game, level data, required art, fonts, music, sound effects, and progression work from the installed app. Progress such as completed levels, stars, best moves, coins, preferences, language, audio settings, and haptics settings is stored locally on your device. The current game does not require a CozyCourier account, cloud sync, or a CozyCourier gameplay backend.

Advertising

CozyCourier uses Google Mobile Ads for banner, rewarded, and interstitial advertising. Google and its partners may process information such as IP address, device or advertising identifiers, app interactions, diagnostics, and ad events for ad delivery, measurement, security, and fraud prevention. Rewarded ads are optional and grant the described in-game reward only after the ad SDK reports that the reward was earned. Interstitial ads may appear at natural gameplay breaks; the current cadence is after every successful fifth level completion.

Consent and Privacy Options

CozyCourier uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Consent information is refreshed when the app starts. Where a privacy-options entry point is required, Settings shows Privacy so you can review or change choices. When UMP reports that privacy options are not required or the requirement is unknown, that control is hidden. The always-available privacy policy on this website is separate from UMP consent controls.

Analytics and crash reporting

The current production configuration does not enable Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics. The project contains a staging-only telemetry path that can be enabled only for configured staging builds. If production telemetry is enabled in a future release, this policy will be updated before that change is represented as current behavior.

Permissions and network access

Core play does not need location, camera, microphone, contacts, notifications, or an account. Network access is used by optional online systems such as advertising and consent/privacy services. Android or third-party SDK manifests may add technical network-related permissions required by those SDKs.

Deletion and retention

Local game progress and settings remain on the device until you reset app data, clear the app's storage, or uninstall CozyCourier. CozyCourier does not currently provide an account-based server copy of that progression to delete. Information processed independently by Google is subject to Google's own retention and privacy practices.

การลบและระยะเวลาเก็บข้อมูล

ข้อมูลความคืบหน้าและการตั้งค่าในเครื่องจะอยู่จนกว่าคุณจะรีเซ็ตข้อมูลแอป ล้างพื้นที่จัดเก็บของแอป หรือถอนการติดตั้ง ปัจจุบันไม่มีสำเนาความคืบหน้าแบบบัญชีผู้ใช้บนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ CozyCourier ให้ต้องลบ ส่วนข้อมูลที่ Google ประมวลผลแยกต่างหากจะอยู่ภายใต้นโยบายและระยะเวลาเก็บข้อมูลของ Google
